Terms and Conditions
Retailers, state and municipal schools and adult education associations pay the net price. Other organizations and enterprises engaged in education will have to be assessed by the publisher in each case. The net price is the price at the time of delivery excluding VAT, postage, packing and insurance. It is also the basis for sales and discount pricing. Discount depends on the order value.
Folkuniversitetets förlag´s teaching materials are primarily sold through retailers, i.e. bookstores and online booksellers. Books are priced by each retailer individually.
The deliveries are sent directly from the publishing house to the retailers.

Shipping and order fee
In order to facilitate processing, make sure that the item number appears on your order. For international shipping (except the Nordic countries) e fee of 60 SEK will be charged. Shipping costs are always paid by the purchaser.
Terms of payment
Payment is made on receipt of an invoice sent to the address stated at the point of order. The invoice includes the cost of freight and is usually to be paid within 30 days. Payments could be transferred by using our International Bank Account Number or by paying with a credit card.
If payment is not made within the prescribed time, the publisher is entitled to charge interest according to law, as well as a reminder´s fee of 50 SEK.
Damages and delivery failures
To make sure no articles have been damaged during transportation, packages should be checked immediately after delivery. In case of shipping damages, the receiver is obligated to report this to the contractors within seven work days. If any package is missing, this has to be stated on the receipt before the acknowledgement is made.
If the delivery is incorrect in any respect, it should be reported to Folkuniversitetets förlag as soon as possible, though not later than 30 days from date of delivery. Returns and/or refunds need to be approved by the publisher, who also will provide information on which return method is to be used. Folkuniversitetets förlag will pay the shipping costs in this case.
Folkuniversitetets förlag is responsible for any product that is damaged or lost during the transportation to the consignee. The customer is responsible for any product that is damaged or lost during return of books to Folkuniversitetets förlag.
Returns
Books may be returned within three months after date of invoice. Returned goods are credited to the net price, minus 20% handling charge. Return cost of freight is paid by the buyer. Return of audio-visual material and computer programs are not accepted.
In order to get a refund when returning articles, the customer must be able to prove that the order was transmitted during the stated period of time, by enclosing the invoice or shipping note.
Complaints
If a customer has received a different product to that which was ordered or if the product is damaged in any way, the customer should immediately - or latest within 7 days - make a complaint via e-mail to customer@folkuniversitetetsforlag.se or on telephone +46+46 14 87 20, fax.no +46 46 13 29 04
